At Houston Gliders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following returns policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Certain items, such as custom orders, perishable goods, or sale items, are non-returnable. Please refer to the product description for specific return eligibility.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at houstongliders@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Please include the RMA number inside the package and ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at houstongliders@gmail.com.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

5. Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The sugar glider must be returned within 30 days from the date of adoption.
  • The sugar glider must be in good health and free from any signs of abuse, neglect, or mistreatment.
  • Proof of adoption.

2. Return Process:

  1. Notification: Contact us by phone or email within the 30-day return period to inform us of your intention to return the sugar glider.
  2. Appointment: Schedule a return appointment. We will provide you with available dates and times.
  3. Assessment: During the return appointment, our staff will assess the sugar glider’s health and condition to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  4. Refund: If the sugar glider is returned in good health and meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process a full refund of the adoption fee within 7 business days.
